This agreement is entered into between Shashi Consultancy (Service Provider) and the Client whose details are mentioned below. Both parties agree to the terms outlined in this document.

SECTION D: DELIVERY TIMELINE
Estimated delivery: The estimated delivery time for this project is _____ working days from date of advance payment AND receipt of all required content from Client. Timeline starts only when both conditions are fulfilled.
SECTION E: TERMS BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO
- Work begins only after 30% advance payment is received and confirmed.
- Client will provide all required content before work starts. Delays in content submission delay the timeline.
- 2 free revisions are included. Revisions beyond 2 are charged additionally.
- Final files / website is handed over ONLY after full payment is received.
- Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.
- Domain and hosting charges are paid directly by the Client.
- All features to be included are listed in Section B. Any feature not listed is not included.
- Once final handover is complete, any additional work is a new project with new charges.
- Shashi Consultancy may display completed work in their portfolio unless opted out in writing.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
SECTION F: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER HANDOVER
- New features, pages, or design changes are new projects — not covered by this agreement.
- Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate Maintenance & Support plan.
- Bug fixes for errors caused by us (not Client changes) are provided free within 7 days of handover.
SECTION G: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

| Design does not match expectations | Handled through 2 free revisions. Refund not applicable. |
| "You promised this feature" | Scope of Work in Section B is the final reference. |
| Client holds final payment | Final files remain with us until full payment is received. |
| Client uses files without payment | Constitutes breach of agreement. Legal recourse applicable. |
| "Add one small thing for free" | Any new feature/button/section not in Section B is a new chargeable task. |
| Client wants complete redesign | Treated as a new project. |
| Timeline exceeded due to Client delay | Client-caused delays do not qualify for refund/penalty. |
| Communication dispute | Only written (WhatsApp/email) agreements are binding. |
| Cannot agree on resolution | Matter to be resolved under Indian law in Bihar courts. |
SECTION H: Client CONTENT DECLARATION
- All images, text, logos, and content provided are legally owned by or licensed to the Client.
- No copyrighted, illegal, or obscene material will be provided.
- Shashi Consultancy shall not be held responsible for legal issues arising from Client-provided content.
- Changes/maintenance after free support period will be charged separately.
SECTION I: Client RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide all required content/images/logos on time.
- Review the website and provide feedback within the agreed timeline.
- Inform the Developer about any required changes during the revision period.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
SECTION J: COMMUNICATION
The Client agrees that all important project approvals, revision requests, and confirmations should be made through WhatsApp or Email for proper record keeping.
