REVISION POLICY
This document clearly defines what constitutes a revision, what is included in free revisions, and what falls outside the revision scope. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstandings.
1. WHAT IS A REVISION?
A revision is a minor modification to an already delivered design or website — based on the original brief and scope agreed upon at project start. Revisions are changes, not recreations.
NOTE: A revision is like asking a tailor to adjust the fit of a suit already made. It is NOT asking them to make a completely new suit.
2. FREE REVISIONS INCLUDED
Every project includes 2 (two) free revisions. A revision request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
3. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A REVISION
The following changes qualify as a revision:
- Changing text or written content
- Changing colors within the existing design
- Changing fonts or font sizes
- Minor layout adjustments within the same design
- Replacing images with new ones provided by the Client
- Resizing or repositioning existing elements
- Correcting spelling errors or factual inaccuracies
4. WHAT IS NOT A REVISION
The following do NOT qualify as a free revision and will be treated as a new task with separate charges:
- Adding a new page to a website
- Adding a new section, feature, or functionality not in the original scope
- Requesting a completely different design style or concept
- Changing the entire color scheme to something completely different after approval
- Adding WhatsApp button, contact form, map, or other features not discussed initially
- Converting a static website into a dynamic one
- Requesting changes after the 5-day revision window has passed
- Scope changes — asking for something that was not part of the original project brief
NOTE: If you are unsure whether your request qualifies as a revision, ask us before submitting. We will confirm in writing.
5. ADDITIONAL REVISION CHARGES
Revisions beyond the 2 free revisions are charged based on the complexity and scope of changes required. The applicable charge will be communicated and confirmed before any additional revision work begins.
- Simple text or color change: from ₹100
- Layout adjustments or element repositioning: from ₹200
- Multiple simultaneous changes: priced based on scope
All additional revision charges must be paid before the revised work is delivered.
6. HOW TO SUBMIT A REVISION REQUEST
- Send your revision request via WhatsApp or email within 5 days of receiving the delivered files.
- Clearly list all changes required in a single message — do not send multiple revision requests one after another.
- Attach reference images or examples wherever possible for clarity.
- Vague feedback such as "make it better" or "something is off" will not be processed as a revision until specific changes are identified.
7. REVISION FOR STANDARD PACKAGES
All standard packages enter direct development based on Client references. Since no separate UI mockup is shown before development, revisions are the primary mechanism for fine-tuning the delivered output. We encourage Clients to provide detailed references upfront to minimize revision requirements.
8. REVISION DOES NOT RESET TIMELINE
Submitting a revision request does not restart the project timeline. Revised deliverables will be provided within a reasonable time based on current workload, typically 3–5 working days per revision round.
☐ I have read this document carefully and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
